Our building boasts approx. 90,000 sq m of modern office and commercial space spread over 7 and 16 floors, which can be used for many different purposes. Whether you want to give free rein to your creativity in a self-contained office, open-plan office, or an entire floor of offices, our flexible, modern office designs offer you the necessary space and an inspiring environment to achieve your goals. The high-quality, individually configurable areas within our complex leave nothing to be desired.

Modern Conference Center
Our Conference Center offers excellent conditions for all types of events. In an appropriate ambience and with the necessary technical equipment, you can give your event the perfect setting.
Advertising space rental
On the tower of the WTC Dresden, in an exciting traffic location, there is a large LED wall that can also display your advertising message. Both WTC tenants and external advertisers can register as interested parties.
