Parking at the WTC Dresden
The WTC Dresden offers a variety of parking options for both cars and cyclists. There is also an excellent connection to public transport.
Large WTC underground car park with over 1,000 parking spaces
The WTC’s underground car park has approximately 1,000 sheltered parking bays over two basement levels.
Parking bays for women and the disabled are located close to the stairwells (1st basement level, near the pay machine), where escalators and elevators provide easy access to the atrium and offices. Barrier-free (wheelchair-friendly) access is available via the lifts.
The WTC underground car park is open 24/7. The WTC’s side entrances are closed at night, so please use the glass entrances on both sides of the atrium to enter the underground car park.
Access to the underground car park
The underground car park’s entrance is on Freiberger Straße (in line with No. 33). You may drive in from both directions on Freiberger Straße.
When coming from the city centre/Postplatz, turn left into the car park right in front of the tram stop by the car park’s “own” set of traffic lights. When coming from the train station, turn right into Freiberger Straße from Ammonstraße.

The Hotel Elbflorenz has its own underground car park entry at the hotel foyer entrance – only available to hotel guests!
Parking fees
- The first 15 minutes are free
- 1.50 Euros per hour or part thereof
- Maximum of 12.00 Euros per day
The pay machine is located in the middle of the 1st basement level near the escalators (in line with Freiberger Str. 39).
Some of the WTC shops offer parking discounts:
- COMÖDIE Dresden: Upon presentation of your ticket, you’ll receive a discounted one for 3.50 Euros after the event.
- DREWAG: First hour free
- Haema Blutspendezentrum Dresden: First hour free
- Netto: First hour free
The WTC Dresden’s price list and parking rules apply. Both can be found at the car park entrance.

Leasing long-term parking bays
Long-term parking bays can be leased for minimum durations of 6 months, and are open to staff at companies based in the WTC, local residents, and any other interested parties. Long-term parking bays cost a monthly rental of 75.00 Euros plus the legal VAT (currently 19 %).

Emergency contacts
If you have any problems in the underground car park (e.g. when exiting through the gate), please visit our 24/7 info point on the ground floor – it is in line with the tower and accessible from the atrium. The info point can also be contacted by telephone on +49 (351) 20 54 20 54 .
Bike parking
The interior courtyard of the WTC Dresden has almost 250 separate bike parking bays, which are covered and individually secured via transponder access.
The parking bays are only available for separate leasing. The monthly lease is 15 Euros plus the legal VAT, and the minimum lease term is 6 months. A bond of 30 Euros must be paid for the security transponder.
